Our goal is to provide a professional, therapeutic, safe, and relaxing environment for all guests. The following policies are designed to protect the comfort, safety, privacy, and well-being of both clients and practitioners. By scheduling or receiving services, clients acknowledge and agree to the following policies and guidelines.
Clients are responsible for informing the therapist of all relevant health conditions, injuries, surgeries, medications, allergies, pregnancy, recent medical procedures, skin sensitivities, or other medical concerns prior to receiving services.
Clients agree to notify the therapist immediately if discomfort, pain, dizziness, emotional distress, numbness, or adverse reactions occur during treatment.
Health Conditions & Medical Disclosure
Clients understand that massage therapy services may involve inherent risks including, but not limited to temporary soreness, bruising, redness, muscle tenderness, emotional release, dizziness, fatigue, skin sensitivity, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, allergic reactions to oils, creams, or products. Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with services received. Clients release and hold harmless the therapist from liability for injuries, reactions, damages, or losses arising from participation in services. Clients acknowledge that failure to disclose relevant medical conditions may increase risk during treatment. Clients must sign liability waiver before treatment.
Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
To help create the best experience, clients are encouraged to:
Arrive early and relaxed
Hydrate before and after massage services
Avoid heavy meals immediately before treatments
Communicate openly with the therapist
Relax and breath during massage, keep talking to a minimum
Allow time after treatments to rest and rehydrate
Follow recommended aftercare instructions
Massage Etiquette Recommendations
All new clients are required to participate in the virtual intake meeting. The purpose of the intake meeting is to discuss the client’s experience with massage therapy, review first appointment logistics, and discuss health and wellness goals.
Appointments & Scheduling
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Payment is due at the time of or after service. Accepted forms of payment may include Venmo, PayPal, Zelle or cash.
Payment Policy
Gratuity includes in fees. Travel time and costs included in home visit fees.
Gratuity & Travel Cost
Massages are the best gifts. Simply contact therapist to schedule a massage for your loved one or friend. Therapist will work with you on payment details and appointment logistics.
Gift Certificates
Clients may stop or terminate the session at any time. By receiving services, clients voluntarily consent to therapeutic touch, massage therapy, bodywork, stretching, energy work, and wellness services provided within the practitioner’s scope of practice. Clients understand that they may request modifications to pressure, techniques, draping, temperature, music, or treatment focus areas at any time during the session.
Consent to Treatment
Any inappropriate behavior, sexual comments, suggestive language, advances, requests for sexual services, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, inappropriate touching, intoxication, or misconduct toward therapist will result in immediate termination of the session. Full payment will still be required for terminated sessions. Therapist reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if he feels uncomfortable, unsafe, threatened, or if policies are violated.

Draping & Client Privacy
Clients are expected to maintain proper personal hygiene prior to appointments.
All linens, tools, tables, equipment, and treatment areas are sanitized between clients.
Hygiene & Cleanliness Standards
Photographs and video recordings are key element for advertising and social media marketing. Consent will be required by client and therapist for obtaining digital content.

Pregnancy Policy
Therapist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual for reasons including, but not limited to:
Inappropriate conduct
Harassment or abusive behavior
Intoxication or substance impairment
Safety concerns
Medical contraindications
Failure to follow spa policies
Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
Right to Refuse Service
All client information, intake forms, health disclosures, and appointment records and discussion are kept confidential.
Privacy & Confidentiality
By booking and receiving services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the spa policies and liability waiver. Clients understand that massage services are therapeutic and professional in nature and agree to participate voluntarily and respectfully.
